Estate-Raised with Integrity. At Belfountain Estate Farm, our bespoke meats are raised with care, respect and a commitment to exceptional quality. Our animals roam freely across the estate and are nourished by a natural diet, estate pastures and feed and hay sourced largely from our surrounding agricultural community. 

Over 60% of our feed comes from within ten miles of our Estate farm. Because we raise only a small number of animals each year, our estate pork, duck, turkey and goose are naturally limited. We partner with skilled local processors and artisanal purveyors to butcher, pack and craft our meat products. In addition, all our birds, smoked bacon, sausages and hams are prepared in small family run federally inspected facilities to ensure the highest standards of quality and safety.
